Health insurance plans cover acupuncture only when it is medically necessary for following issues: musculoskeletal pain, nausea, and headache.
Luke Acupuncture is a participating provider for
- Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (federal employee program, etc.)
- Optum/UnitedHealthCare
- Veteran Community Care program (You need receive approval from VA.)
Luke Acupuncture does not take Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare at this time.
